Return Policy

We are unable to provide refunds, however, online purchases are eligible for online or in-store credit or an exchange. Merchandise purchased in our retail store may not be returned or exchanged online.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an online or in-store credit or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Some items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" in the product description are not eligible for a refund, store or online credit, or exchange. This includes all items in our "Sale" sections.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@eznoutfitters.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or items returned after the 14-day limit will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like:

  • Customized / personalized items
  • Holiday items
  • Clearance
  • Discounted items
  • Bathing suits for any reasons, due to health concerns
  • Hair items of any kind. 
  • Hats

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
